No idea if this is the right place to ask this question, but I'm going to anyway, and my apologies if this is answered somewhere else (I've looked, and found nothing):
If I create public or private homebrew content on D&D Beyond, am I able to later create my own 3rd party rules supplement, campaign setting, or other work using those homebrew rules, or would they be the property of WotC?
