Recently purchased the Magical Items to Princes of the Apocalypse, however none will appear in the equipment list for character editing. This has forced me to Create private copies of this items in the Homebrew system to add them to the characters who earned them. Would be helpful that I don't have to MacGyver the system to make it work.

I would try to clear the cache. Otherwise you can contact support.
