So the title some what summarizes what happened.  I held a master subscription for some time, but two weeks ago it said it had lapsed. Which is odd since it is set to auto pay from my account.  So I decided to downgrade to the hero tier.  The next day the payment for the master tier is taken from my account, after I have already paired for the Hero tier.  I have reached out to support twice in the past two weeks and have not received any response what so ever.  Am I now God tier since I’m currently running both tiers at once, or can I get my money back from the delayed master tier subscription?
