Hey guys, first time on this forum, hope it's the right place. When adding spells as a racial trait, you can choose 'at which level' (not exact wording). This refers to what spell is it cast at, but it goes up to 20. Choosing anything above 9 makes it 9. I'm sure this isn't a one time bug, as I've done it before, but never knew where to say. So, hope this is fixed, I love the homebrew system on here. 

This modifier servers two purposes:

• For cantrips, it sets the character level for determining the effect of the cantrip (as cantrips scale based on character level, hence going to 20)
• For levelled spells, it sets the level the spell is cast at for determining upcast effects (hence it capping at 9)

Then why is there the box, available at character level? I'm talking about, cast at level (just went and checked it). It seems weird to have them both, and for one to be cantrip and spell. May just be me, but is a bit confusing. Thanks for help anyway!

 Zariel tieflings can cast searing smite (a first level spell) once at second level once they're a third level PC. Just one example of why both is needed.
