My Cleric is level 5 and according to the Player Hand Book has Destroy Undead on his Channel Divinity, this is now shown on the character sheet however.
It should be under the Class Features section of the Features & Traits section of the sheet.
However, it is annoying that it doesn't appear anywhere under the Actions tab - I wish it appeared as an action section under Channel Divinty: Turn Undead so the info was all in one spot. My solution was to create a Custom Action so that it at least appears under the Actions tab.
Just had this happen to me as well. I had forgotten that L5 meant my cleric’s Turn Undead now could destroy low CR enemies and we had them attempt to flee instead. It’d be much better if the default “Channel Divinity: Turn Undead“ action included a note about the change at level 5.

Thank you, and I fully agree, it should be shown there indeed
