It is understood that there are delays due to volume at this time. I get that. I have been trying to reach Support since September 10th. All I need help with is upgrading my subscription to Master tier and knowing if I will be billed in full again (I was billed for Hero tier on the 10th).
I understand that if I need to change payment method I also need to cancel and then resubscribe but could use some handholding about how I do that without losing anything.
I've sent many messages in this time and the one response I got back was seriously insufficient and may have been a bot seeing how short of addressing the issues it was.
