If you search for Zariel in the monster section, you get two results (as expected): the one from Tome of Foes and the ones from Descent Into Avernus.
If you add the monster tag "Devil", then the result from Descent Into Avernus is not present.
Both stat blocks are of type Fiend (Devil), so this seems like an error on the DiA statblock.
