We were rolling up for our weekly game and my wife used a summoning spell which required her to use a monster stat block, when she tried to find it she ran into a perma-ban notification. She checked here email and she had received an email in between our weekly sessions. Between the two of us this is the first time either of us have ever posted on the site so I doubt the issue is at our end...
when she tried to use the appeal button it indicated she had already had an appeal that had been upheld. She did not lodge an appeal nor even login to dnd beyond during that time.
What should I do, I'd really prefer to get her account back up and running rather than going through the difficulty of making another account or something like that.
Hi All,

She had somehow managed to accumulate 9000 infraction points in less than a week...
