I have a player who created a character that is linked to my campaign. I have purchased the PHB, DMB, and MM and I have a one year Master Tier subscription but that player's character sheet still only displays Evocation as the only arcane tradition. Is there something else that I need to do to access material from the PHB for my player's character?

It is the Master Tier subscription that allows sharing, not the Hero.

You're right. I do have Master Tier not hero, corrected.

In the campaign page, be sure to check the tag "Enable Content Sharing".
