Hi, I used to have a subscription and when it ending I had 34/6 characters. It told me to pick some to unlock so I picked six to unlock and clicked the button but it just reloads the page and doesn’t unlock any. I’m on iphone and I’ve tried both the app and the website. Please help if you can. Thanks
