User Interface: Character Builder The Sorcerer-Aberrant Mind, Psionic Spells feature reads "[...] Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list." However after building an Aberrant Mind character in the character builder, I am unable to replace any of the spells granted by this feature. Is it that the UI for this is just not apparent to me or that the UI for this hasn't been implemented?
That feature is not natively available on the character sheet due to the character sheet service not currently being able to support manipulating spells in a way needed to support the feature.
Cool thanks, good to know. If it is a problem of not knowing how to design the UI for this, I'll posit the following possibility: Within the Character Builder, Class Features list, include an extra "feature" at each level that is Choice 1: Spell to Replace (default none), Choice 2: Spell to Insert. Possibly this could be done within the Psionic Spells feature entry, but I haven't looked at how the Class Features are coded here or in similar places so I'm not sure. By doing it in the Class Features section instead of the spells section, the separation allows for more control from a programming standpoint to properly limit the choices and also makes the UI more clearly about manipulating that feature.
