The 'Spell Preparation by Class' table only contains rows for Cleric and Wizard. I think the cause of this issue is that the first release of the Free Rules only included 4 classes.
I believe it's been said the free rules will be updated once the 2024 SRD releases (which hasn't happened yet). It wasn't said anywhere that the free rules would be updated once the 2024 MM dropped, just that the 2024 SRD would come _after_ the Monster Manual
