I just made a lvl 6 Warlock and after selecting spells, including 3 level 1 spells, I do not see any 1st level spells in my spell list. It jumps from cantrip to 2nd level.
Though the first level spells are visible in the up cast areas in level 2 and 3...
Warlocks have 'pact magic' which works differently from other classes. They have a number of spell slots as determined by their level, but so is the level of those spell slots. For example, your 6th level warlock has two 3rd level spell slots. This means all their spells are cast at third level. This appears on your character sheet as all your spells appearing in the 3rd level casting area, with some being marked as upcast; for example Hex is a 1st level spell and Hold Person is a 2nd level spell, but you must cast them at 3rd level because of how warlocks work
You do have two 2nd level spells, but those are non-warlock spells that come from your tiefling Legacy of Cania and are limited use casting (hence why you don't see any spell slots for them)
tl;dr - your character sheet is correct, that's how warlocks work

and no spell slots are shown for 2nd level, only shows 2 on 3rd level.

nevermind, after reading a bit more it looks like warlocks only have a couple spell slots....
how disappointing
Yes, but they get them back on a short rest rather than a long rest like almost every other spellcaster; fewer spell slots, faster recovery
