I am currently evaluating D&D Beyond and created my character to see if I could use it.
At third level the Path of the Totem Warrior Barbarian gains the ability to cast beast sense and speak with animals as ritual. But this does not appear and cannot be added to the character sheet.
The character creator displays the following text under Spirit Warrior: "Yours is a path that seeks attunement with the natural world, giving you a kinship with beasts. At 3rd level when you adopt this path, you gain the ability to cast the beast sense and speak with animals spells, but only as rituals, as described in the Spellcasting section." But the link to the "Spellcasting section" redirect to a 403 Forbidden page. Additionally the spells beast sense and speak with animals spells do not list that they are usable by the Barbarian class.
The Level 10 Spirit Walker class feature that grants the Commune with Nature spell does not show on the character sheet, but does the display text does not contain a link to a 403 Forbidden page.
I hope this is useful information and that it helps.
Most likely, the link isn't working because you don't have the Player's Handbook on here. Try this link instead.
The character sheet does not currently generate a spellcasting section for a non-spellcasting class (barbarian, non-Eldritch-Knight-fighter, monk, or non-Arcane-Trickster-rogue), a 1st-level ranger or paladin, or a 1st- or 2nd-level fighter or rogue; in other words, if you don't have a feature called Spellcasting or Pact Magic, you don't have a spellcasting section. This is a known problem and will be fixed.

I had interpreted this to mean that perhaps not owning the certain content would limit function in a character sheet in some manner and I was saying that having the PHB in your inventory on here did not change that aspect.

With kind regards, Simon

Two problems. Two different answers.
