Hey, I've been trying to set up content sharing on my dnd beyond account, and every time I subscribe I receive this error

Error creating subscription for UserID: 101150506 for plan DDB_Master_SemiAnnually. Braintree error: Declined

there is money in the account so I'm wondering why I can't subscribe.
