I made homebrew races, items, changes to character sheets, etc. As my players go in to make characters each is seeing less of what I homebrewed and its reverting to "Copy of (insert race here)"
I will save things, mess with them use them, then later they are suddenly gone. Its not like its failing to save, its like it is going back and overwriting what i had complete
