My Divine Soul Sorcerer has got the Inflict Wounds spell from the Divine Magic ability and attuned to a Wand of the War Mage +1. He is level 8 and has a CHA modifier of +4. The wand works in giving a +1 bonus to his other spells but not Inflict Wounds (see picture). As far as I know there is nothing about Divine Magic that excludes it from benefiting from WotWM in the rules. Unless I am wrong about that.
In addition, choose an affinity for the source of your divine power: good, evil, law, chaos, or neutrality. You learn an additional spell based on that affinity, as shown below. It is a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against your number of sorcerer spells known. If you later replace this spell, you must replace it with a spell from the cleric spell list.
