Bugs in creating Homebrew Items

Hi,

I've noticed that there are spurious notes that appear when creating a homebrew magic item. For example, creating a custom magic plate has the Notes: Str 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage, regardless of whether or not these traits are modified in the Basic Information fields.

Also the variant Dexterity modifier option does not seem to work as expected .. e.g. I cannot create a magic chain shirt that allows to add the full Dexterity modifier to AC in the character sheet, despite this specifically being listed as an option in the magic item information. Is this intended?
