So I just bought the "Explorer's Guide to Wildemount (Magic Item Bundle)" because I needed the goggles of object reading from them and it was cheaper to buy it all, but when I go to add it to my Tabaxi wizard 1/ranger 2, they don't show up as something I can even add.

Have you turned on Critical Role content from the Home section of the character builder?
