Similar - with the Vecna bundle, it's not possible to check the box stating "I understand and accept." The button "Checkout Now" remains disabled. Have tried with Edge, Chrome, Brave and Firefox.
Glad I'm not the only one. I wanna get the Vecna and Humblewood before the deals expire. I already put in a report, but now I'm just hoping. If I'm not logged into my account, I can see a cart, but since you need to be logged in to make your purchase.

I kind of solved it. I made a backup account, bought what I needed, and had it gifted to my main account. It didn't let me use my discounts for having previous purchases, but now I have everything I need. So this is a viable solution, until dndbeyond fixes everything.

I am also having this issue with both Mobile and Desktop. I have made an official service report. I also did all the typical stuff, deleted cookies, tried different browsers, etc. I even tried to use a different backup account and still got the error.
Hi I'm currently unable to access the cart. And yes I've put the infamous book of Vecna. How can we fix this since the cart is saved on your end. And if you empty the cart won't we have the same issue once we pre-order the book again?
Also why when I click on support they send me to WoTC website and my credentials don't work there to create a proper ticket...
I sent a report, they didn't help. And when I sent a second report, they haven't responded. The only "answer" I've found is a backup account to buy and gift to your main account. And even that isn't a guarantee.

Has anyone had any luck yet? I'm still locked out. Submitted a support request and received a response that they couldn't help me but had escalated it. It has since been over 11 days and there has been no further response. I would gladly use the app to purchase but I was hoping to get the Vecna book digitally now while I had the funds. Extremely disappointed with their support team response time.
Received another response that they cannot help me. It's getting kind of pathetic that no one seems to be able to fix an issue. I asked that they just remove the items that are stuck in my cart right now to see if that works and they didn't even do that.
Lol Support basically ignored each question I had for this exact same error. Mine also started after adding a few things including the Vecna Pre-order. Good luck with us getting an answer. I posted something similar back on April 8th here. And as you can see *crickets*. Honestly I think the error goes away with our carts being cleared, but what's causing it in the first place. With mine I've got 4 things in my cart but can only find 3 things in the marketplace that say they are in the cart
As for a backup account that obviously won't give the legendary bundle discount that many of us have gotten through, well for lack of a better way to put it, purchased a metric Fton of books through this site. Honestly to not have any form of phone based support that you can reach out to for issues and only an email ticket at best is a travesty.
I'm not sure about the rest of those in this thread, but my issue is resolved. Support said they rolled out a fix, now the cart is empty and i can access it.
After opening the ticket the customers support said that wasn't their problem and they open a ticket in their dev departments. When it will be fixed It will be mentions in the bug fixed forums.issues.
No news since then and of course my cart isn't emptied yet. ;(

I added a couple items to the cart including the new vecna preorder but now I cannot access my cart at all, I just receive an internal service error.
