I preordered Icewind Dale and Tasha's, and though I have the character sheet cosmetics for both, often times, I cannot see what I am selecting, and it doesn't show up on my sheet when I click it (with a few exceptions, such as some frames); I only see my icon with no decoration for frames, or I see what looks like white parchment with no cool image of a chardalyn dragon. Themes show up just fine. I have cleared my cookies for D&D Beyond; that did nothing.
Does anyone have a fix or know what is going wrong?
