Not sure if this is the correct place to ask for help. I started a new campaign today.
All 7 players are using DNDBeyond and they linked their characters to my discord server and to my DNDBeyond campaign. All but one of the player's rolls appeared in my discord server accurately.
1 of the player's rolls would show up, but wouldn't include any modifiers - only the D20 roll shows up. When I used her character sheet (accessible via the campaign), her character's rolls would show up with the the modifier added. BTW, she also uses Roll20 for other campaigns/characters and tried this character on Roll 20 too and all the rolls there have the modifiers included in rolls on Roll 20.
I'm guessing the Beyond20 extension is interfering with Avrae (if that's what you're using), but other folks may be able to provide more specific guidance.

Yes, we suspect as much. I just added the Beyond20 bot to my discord server to see if that allows her rolls to come through accurately. Need to wait until she gets back on to try.
Or else she may need to disable Beyond20 when using your discord server. There have been a lot more issues in the past chunk of months with Beyond20 interfering with DnD Beyond, including die rolls.

True - but the integration of DNDBeyond with discord using Beyond20 is wonderful. My player fortunately has a spare laptop that was not being used and it is now solely dedicated to DNDBeyond and my campaign and the rolls work through that laptop and also via her tablet, so all is right with the world. Now, I really rely on her because she plays a Divine Soul Sorceress who I need to keep our two PC tieflings in check, particularly the warlock....but that's another story Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

You can integrated D&D Beyond with discord using the official Avrae bot. This integration also goes both ways; rolls made on your character sheet appear in discord, and rolls made in discord appear in the game log

Any thoughts on what is the problem?

This is why we advise people don't use third party extensions; they can cause issues that D&D Beyond cannot do anything about.

Thank you - yes, I use Avrae bot (all my other PCs don't have a problem) It must be because she uses Beyond20 for use with Roll20.
