I have a few different wizard characters made, all seem to have this problem.
Prepared spells are appearing on the exported pdf, but not spells known that aren't prepared. I've also noticed that the "Prepared" indicator on the exported sheet isn't ticked for these prepared spells.
I've noticed this for both my characters lurched/508563 and lurched/608290.

This is a known issue. They're working on it.
