I took the feat Fey Touched and was able to add it to my character sheet. My charisma score increased automatically and Misty Step was added to my spell list, but I'm not able to add in a Divination or Enchantment spell to my list. Anyone know how I can do this?

Their should be a drop down menu where you can select egilible spell.
If you add this feat via feat on the character click the down pointing arrow to reveal this drop down menu
