Hopefully someone can help me - I've just made it to level 4 and have added the telepathic feat to my character. The description says that I am also able to increase my ability scope (Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma) by +1, but I can't figure out how to make that update to my character sheet. It doesn't ask me anywhere which ability I'd like to increase, nor does it update automatically.

On the list of feats, search for Telepathic (Charisma), rather than just Telepathic. This option automatically increases your Charisma as intended.
