In Out of The Abyss, Chapter 2 "Into Darkness" under Lost Tomb of Khaem (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/oota/into-darkness#LostTombofKhaem) it mentions "These organs belong to Brysis’s servants, who are entombed in area 4." in Area 4. Which I believe to be false, as the "servants" they refer to are contained within 3 within their own sarcophagi.
So in theory that text "should" read "These organs belong to Brysis’s servants, who are entombed in area 3.".

Is this a fix that can be deployed?
If the typo exists in the original print text then DDB can't fix the typo until Wizards issues an errata.
