Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
It's important to note that if you cancel your subscription with time remaining (say you've bought a yearly sub and have a few months left), the remaining time won't carry any 'credit' to your new subscription. You will have effectively two subscriptions active until the lower one expires, but will only get the benefit of the higher tier subscription.
The best way to do it if you don't want to wait to hear back from Customer Services is to cancel your lower tier subscription, wait for it to run out, then resubscribe at a higher tier.
It should be noted that Customer Services deal with all tickets in the order they are received and with the combination of the holiday break and the higher number of tickets that a holiday gifting period brings, there may be a delay in responses to tickets. All I can really advise is patience as the team will attempt to get to your ticket as quickly as they can.
