I was making a character that gained a tool proficiency and was going to add "Dragon Chess Set" however, it wasn't an option. Both "Dice Set" and "Playing Card Set" were available, but "Dragon Chess Set" was missing.

Usually if a proficiency is missing from the options - it's because you already have it.
