Connection Failure and Unhealthy Backends?

I am getting the following error when clicking Class links in the Rules Tab and when clicking Forum post links. These errors seem to be random.

Error 1 - connection error (this is a blank webpage with these words at the header)

Error 2 -

Error 503 No healthy IP available for the backend

No healthy IP available for the backend

Guru Mediation:

Details: cache-wdc5538-WDC 1610465163 707269588

Varnish cache server

I don't recall having these errors prior to this morning.
