I haven't been able to complete a transaction in the DND Beyond store. I've tried different cards, all of which are still active, and every time i get the same error message "Declined-Processor_Declined". Any idea how to fix this? Refreshing the page or even clearing my cart and trying again doesn't work.

I would contact customer support. They might be super busy right now though due to the holidays, TCOE release, and COVID, so it may take them a week or two to get to you depending on how many people are before you.
Other than that, I would also ask your bank or whoever issued you the cards and see if they can do anything about it.
