Most of the time there is no issue, but twice we've seen a die roll result but the game log reports something completely different.
The first time I noticed this I had rolled a 6 yet the game log reported a 16. At first I thought I had misread the die rolled so shrugged it off. After the second occurrence I went back to investigate this roll.
The second time this was noticed I rolled an 18 but the game log reported a 12. If anyone in the campaign clicks on the die roll in the game log they can see the actual value (18) in the image of the die yet if you hold the mouse over the image the popup says 10. According to the game log the roll was a 12 (10 + 2 proficiency bonus).
Awesome feature though, and already making use of it within our campaign. Would like to see the DM have a 'public' channel for some die rolls though as our DM chooses to roll out in the open unless the situation calls for a secretive check.
One of the other players pointed out that both instances where this occurred multiple people were rolling checks/saves at the same time. Going back through the log the person that rolled after me did actually roll the number that the game log reported I had rolled. Effectively I rolled my d20 and I see value 1 but then someone else rolls and gets value 2 and the game log reports their roll as mine as well as theirs. To avoid this issue happening make sure the party doesn't all roll at the same time.
