One of my players is having fits in the Character Builder, where everything functions normally. However, on generating the actual character sheet, in the Modifiers column, it shows her scores as her modifiers, so she has a +18 Acrobatics, for example.
She's playing a homebrew race, Glasya Tiefling. Dunno if that's related.
Something is adding +10 to every single ability check. If her race is homebrew then it has almost certainly been made incorrectly and needs to be fixed. Please link the homebrew race (it doesn't have to be published for a moderator to see it) so that the problem can be identified.
As Emmber pointed out - the issue is indeed with the selected homebrew race. Additionally the one that you linked is different than the one that this character is utilizing. I'd double check the one they're using to make sure that everything is set up as it should be.

I don't believe that is the homebrew race the character you linked above is using. That race has Succubus wings but the linked character doesn't.

Hm.... the wings were originally a problem, so I copied the stats to a new 'Brew entry. That might be the issue:
