The expanded spell list for sorcerer does not exist. I created a druid and the option is there but when trying to create a sorcerer it is not here
you need to own Tasha's, turn on Optional Class Features, then under the Class tab, go to Optional Class Features and enable the optional spells.

Pg 65 of Tasha's adds new spells to the Sorcerer spell list. One of those spells is 4th level Fire Shield.
Aas of this posting, if you look up Fire Shield on dnd beyond spells, Sorcerer is not listed among the classes.
