Most backgrounds and character sheet cosmetics do not show up for me; the background for my character sheet is often a blank white, and my avatar picture is usually blank as well. Stormknight advised that I hit F12 and do a clear cache and hard reload, but that does not solve the problem, not even temporarily.
EDIT: I would like to note that it works fine on a different computer with the same browser (Chrome).
