Bug: D&DBeyond search appears to treat all Unicode characters as unrelated to each other; the backend does not, for example, treat "o" and "ö" as the same character for the purpose of returning search results\. This makes it difficult to search for names or text with accents or special characters on English-language keyboards.
I have not extensively tested this and only checked the one example, because I only know of one character with a special character in their name.
Steps to reproduce: Have access to the Rime of the Frostmaiden compendium text. Search for "Sopo"
Expected outcome: A top search result that points to the text describing Söpo, a character in Rime of the Frostmaiden.
Actual outcome: No search results ("YOU FAILED YOUR INVESTIGATION CHECK."). The suggested alternative searches do not include "Söpo".
Justification for FR/bug: The bug makes D&DBeyond search less usable for any word with accents or special characters in their names unless the user remembers the correct special character and can easily type it.
