I paid for a full year of the Hero Tier subscription May 17 2019, and renewed it May 17 this year. But I want to upgrade to Master Tier. Do I lose all my money because I paid for a full year of Hero Tier, or will I get a partial credit towards the upgrade since I still have 7 months left on the subscription?
