I have a character in a campaign that has been running for a while, and for some odd reason it now refuses to open on my PC (tried Chrome, Edge and IE11) - weirdly it opens fine on my phone in Chrome and on the DDB Player App.
Since it sounds like its something on your PC, I'd recommend disabling all of your browser addons to see which one might be causing this conflict. Another thing to look at is whether your PC is behind a VPN as this may cause it to conflict with the site.
Just tried disabling all extensions in Chrome and still get the same problem. It's weird as most of my other characters load fine - although https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/woodja/characters/19262781 is another example of something not being right.
