I think I should caveat that I have Master tier and access to the online versions of the books now.
On character builder the following 2 races from the PHB don't appear: Gnome, Forest & Elf, Drow.
Just seems odd given that all the later books content have full race functionality.
I would like to say that I have checked the forums for this but not beyond the FAQ in truth.
A crossbow quarrel beats five aces.
Strange. The dark elf and forest gnome show up just fine on my builder. I tried on mobile and my computer to verify.

Hi. Yes the PHB was purchased from here and is shared content.
Oddly they are now showing... definately were not before but are now.
