I created a homebrew beast, no issue. Added said beast to my character sheet and now every time I try to open the extras page I get an error, last code I got was this "ff245f7e4f684943be862c0db23f0db7"

I still can't replicate this bug. Have you tried different devices?

Works now, perhaps some part of the system that was cached that did not have the new beast yet? 

Experiencing this same bug, 
added a home-brew monster that is shared via campaign home-brew sharing, and now manage features gets an API error for all characters in that campaign.
