Basically, yeah. I mean... it's still a "bonus action" every minute, and if you're a particular subclass of Barbarian that has additional effects tied to their rage (like the Storm Herald) you might be a weird inconvenience to the people around you. Some DM's might give you a point of exhaustion to represent the unnecessary strain you're putting on yourself, but RAW, there's nothing stopping it.
It's important to remember that you're starting a new rage every minute, not extending a single rage out over a period of hours. That means that any abilities that are triggered by raging will keep going off. And if you're a Berserker you'll gain exhaustion every minute.

"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Yes, I understand that some have abilities that you probably don't want going off constantly, it was just a mere thought i was curious of, but for berserker the ability that gives you exhaustion is something you can do after raging its a whole different thing you activate and I think many other abilities are the same with specifying "you can" as in stating that you decide if you go to this point, including the frenzy ability of Berserker.
This is wrong. You can Frenzy when you rage. You don't have to each time you rage
You don't need to, but it's a common misconception that Persistent Rage combined with the unlimited rages per day that 20th level barbarians get means that a Berserker's Frenzy can be activated once and last all day.

From my understanding, with the Beast Barb, in order to switch Natural Weapons on the fly, you need to Rage again, and since you end up having unlimited Rages, you can switch every turn
So a level 20 barbarian, since they have unlimited rages, could they just be in a rage the entire day, except when they are sleeping?
I don't see why not.
maybe he would want to use some magic item he has, but still, I dont understand what would prevent him from doin that besides a condition

Would you like to be angry the whole day?
well instead of obvious anger it could be more of a state of extreme focus

Nothing against it. Having resistance to every damage type (except physic of course) all of the time seems worth it to me.
…and then I swing him into a hedge.
To be fair, this is level 20, you can be pretty powerful.
