Disclamer: This is not mine. All rights belong to the author of the... book? In question.
So, I've come across this thing, and was immediately amazed by it. Finally, what all Barbarians always asked for. Sure, some if these features were discussed multiple times in the past, but there are also some new things.
If you don't feel like reading everything, the last pages highlight the changes to the class and various subclasses.
What do you think? Is this what we all wanted, or not just yet? Does it seem balanced? Would you ask to use this in your games as a player, or allow it as a DM?
Personally, I think this is great. The features look cool and several problems were addressed well. I'm a little concerned about power level, but I could be wrong. That's why I brought the discussion up.

It’s just flat-out buffs to it. It’s not really a rework, just making it stronger.
The subclasses on the other hand, they might be worth looking into. Buffs to Battlerager, Storm Herald, and Berserker are things that might actually need fixing. Berserker frenzy actually looks too strong now. Just give them immunity to exhaustion while raging and can recover a level on a short rest instead of just long rests.
I liked it a lot, but I don’t think these Rage Powers are actually needed. Although most of them are really cool… it could be flavored as Barbarian-only feats or something.
I really liked the sub-classes fixes, specially Battlerager. I agree Berserker gets too strong without the exhaustion and gets too bad with it, I think it requires some balanced fine tunes.

Yeah, I agree with above that these are almost all outright buffs, which make the class OP. I would say it needs nerfing to be balanced.
I love the idea of the "Rage Powers" though.
