Fire Dancer Bard Build

I have been getting alot of fire dancing videos on my feed lately, so I figure I make one. The bard doesn't have alot of fire spells so I am thinking 7 levels in Dragon Sorcerer to make up for that. And obviously, the rest is the dance bard. 

Thoughts?

I think this is an incredibly cool idea. Are you thinking about using Ashardalon's Stride?

 Talk to your GM about a modified spell list - he obviously isn't likely to grant you fireball (and you can get the major stuff at lvl 10+) but flavorful spells like the previously mentioned Ashardalon's Stride might be on the table.  

Back in Pathfinder (1st version) I had a Genesai bard who used Flame Blade with permission from the GM - she was of a Sarenrae based subclass as well, it all just fit and the GM allowed it.

Also, you can reflavor certain spells to work via fire.  Your Charm Person might manifest as a mesmerizing flame, for example.

 I would agree with this. Talk to your DM to see if they will let you access some flavorful spells for you to pick from. 7 levels of Sorcerer is a really heavy investment for a multiclass; you would have more sorcerer levels than Bard for a long time unless you are starting at very high level. RAW, about the only spells Bard's get that are fire-related before getting Magical Secrets are Faerie Fire and Heat Metal. Both are decent level 1/2 spells, but you will want some higher level options. I think Ashardalon's Stride, Fire Shield, and Immolation, would be some nice flavorful options of each level that won't drastically change the power of your character.
