There are so many useful spell choices at 3rd level and below, that picking "good" Additional Magical Secrets spells really comes down to:
- What does the team need? - What does the bard need? - What fun stuff do YOU want to do?
I'd recommending spending one slot on your own personal, because-I-can desires, and the other on something specifically for the team (or, if they're well-covered, something to bolster or round out the bard.)
My personal fun spell picks: Tiny Servant, Fly, Galder's Tower, Counterspell, Find Familiar, Enlarge/Reduce, Ceremony, Blink, Mirror Image, Maxamillian's Earthen Grasp
My personal team spell picks: Healing Spirit, Goodberry, Mass Healing Word, Bless, Revivify, Remove Curse, Create Food and Water, Daylight, Entangle, Pass Without Trace
Fly is just ALWAYS useful, especially once you can upcast it. And being able to remove curses as needed can let the party skip over a lot of bothersome diversions, like having to trudge back to town to find someone who can get that cursed armor off the fighter.
