At lev 9 can I make 4 attks using action and bonus action without using ki points? Sorry a bit confused
No without using ki you can only make 3, to make 4 attacks you need to use a ki for flurry of blows.
Action: From level 5 and up you can make 2 attacks with your action (see extra attack) Bonus Action: You can make one unarmed attack, providing you attacked with your action (see martial arts). Alternatively using flurry of blows you can spend a ki point to make 2 unarmed attacks with your bonus action instead.
Note the bonus action attack(s) have to to be unarmed attacks though you do not need a free hand as they can be kicks or head butts.
For extra attack a monk can have 2 attacks for attack action.
Bonus action can be one unarmed attack or When DP are available can make 2 or 3 Unarmed attacks as a bonus action.
Now if A monk uses a weapon an gets the Mastery they can make an extra attack as part of the attack action so
3 attacks for attack action and 3 Unnamed attacks with Flurry of blows (depending on level) for 6 (Not counting any extras for subclass features.)
I don't know whether this is based on UA playtesting, or the new PHB that hasn't been released yet (they have been leaking some stuff class by class but I don't think they have done the monk yet and some people have advance copies)
In any case DP, weapon masteries and 3 unnamed [sic] attacks with flurry of blows are not (yet) part of the official rules.

It’s expected that flurry of blows will carry over (3) unarmed combat with use of DP.
depending on your gaming (implementing the UA9 rules; which this was published by WOTC ,
then it would be 2 attacks (action round) and (3 unarmed attacks- flurry of blows) with DP use at 9th level.
If you are playing with just 2014 rules, it’s (2 attacks and 2 unarmed with KI). Without KI it’s (2 and 1).
so without the aid of Haste or Weapon Mastery 2024 (see nick) these are the only attacks Monk can
I’m playing a 7lvl psi warrior with unarmed fighting style 5 lvl way of the open hand monk. I can use the 1d8 damage and force damage but not sure how to rule it properly.

Are you using the UA monk for force damage? Edit: ignore the first sentence. Psi Strike doesn’t work with unarmed strikes as it requires a weapon, which unarmed strikes are not (although they do qualify for features that require a melee weapon attack).
With the levels you have you have two attacks as part of the attack action that will do 1d8 if you have no weapons or shield in your hands. And can use Dex for that. And can BA unarmed strike or Flurry of Blows for d8 as well.
If you want to use Psi Strikes you will need to use a weapon which means your unarmed strike will be a d6. So they don’t synergize well with each other. I believe if you go to level 8 in fighter you can swap that fighting style to something else, like Blind Fighting, if you feel unarmed fighting style isn’t doing what you wanted. Or ask your DM if they would allow it to work with unarmed strikes.
Two of your monk is only lvl 1 but 3 of you are lvl 2 and above and can use Ki make a flurry of blows. If you use Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything’s additional features for monks, up to 5
6 attacks 2 regular, one free with nick weapon. 3 unarmed with bonus action on the appropriate level (10).
+2 regular if you action surge +1 if you haste
If you throw in action surge,
my interpretation is:
level 5 monk/ 2 warrior = (using nick) + (haste)
2 attacks, 1 nick, 1 haste, 2 fob — use AS 2 attacks + 1 nick = 9 (only for 1 round with AS used)
At level 10 = 10 (FoB 3)
I don’t think you can get Nick attack with AS.
Nick
When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
You can make 4 attacks at level 5.
Action: Attack
Extra attack (level 5): you can attack twice, instead of once, when you take the attack action.
Bonus action: Flurry of Blows (two attacks for 1 Ki point)
or
Bonus action: attack (gained at level 1) but using this only allows you to attack 3 times per turn
No without using ki you can only make 3, to make 4 attacks you need to use a ki for flurry of blows.

I found this topic:
https://www.enworld.org/threads/psi-warrior-and-unarmed-fighting.676700/#:~:text=Unarmed strikes are considered melee, not work with Psionic Strike.
so ever one reads RAW and force strike from a psi warrior doesn’t apply but it also doesn’t seam unbalanced. Maybe make the monk a kensei…
Do Monks with Haste get five or six attacks? It looks like there’s no limit as to how many attack actions can benefit from Flurry.
Flurry of blows uses a bonus action so you can only do it once on you turn (and not at all on someone else's turn)
2 Attack action, 2 FoB (3 at 10th) Bonus action, 1 Haste Attack action. So 5 pre-10th level, 6 10th level+ with Haste

Spot on.
If the goal is get the most attacks in 1 round of combat would be the following:
****Disclaimer*** YOU HAVE TO MULTICLASS
So assumption is that you Dipped 2 levels of Fighter class:
W/O Haste
lvl5- monk. Lvl 2 fighter
attack action- 2 attacks (monk)
bonus action- 2 fob (monk)
Action Surge - Attack action (1x - short/long rest)
so 2 additional attacks
total 6 attacks
“”Note must dip 2 levels in Fighter class “”
add haste = 8 attacks (1 for first attack and 1 for action surge)
———————————————-
so a 10/2 monk
no haste = 7 attacks (1x) per short/long rest
with haste = 9 attacks
———————————————————
If this is the end game that the original poster is intended to do, then dip 2 levels in fighter with monk, get haste, and for 1 round (1x) have fun.🤩
Two of your monk is only lvl 1 but 3 of you are lvl 2 and above and can use Ki make a flurry of blows. If you use Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything’s additional features for monks, up to 5
5. Two actions and three attacks as a Furryy bonus action at a mere 1 focus/Ki point. Get Shadow Warrior then Furries are free at later levels.
OK, the more I read, the more confused I get on this.

OK, but aren't you limited to only 1 bonus action in a round? So how 2X FoB?
The 2024 Monk makes 3 attacks with flurry of blows from level 10 onwards.
6 attacks
2 regular, one free with nick weapon. 3 unarmed with bonus action on the appropriate level (10).
+2 regular if you action surge
+1 if you haste
