Has anyone theorycrafted an Echo Knight Conquestadin yet? I'm curious to see at what point would be most beneficial to spec into it, and at what kind of balance to do so. my initial thought was Pally 17/Echo 3, just to be able to echo about, but I'm not good at the multiclassing.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Echo knight wants sentinel, and then becomes a decent way to lock down a single enemy threatening enough that you wouldn't want to stand next to it yourself, or just one extra enemy in general. At the very least, an enemy would need to burn an attack dealing with the echo before walking away.
At levels 7+, conqueror is already a lockdown build, so echo knight might be a nice addition, or it might be redundant. In particular, you do not manifest your paladin auras through the echo. But being able to tag an extra enemy, make some extra attacks, and threaten a few more spaces is nice.
A big thing for paladins, as much as for fighters, is the at will teleport, albeit with a turn delay if your echo isn't already up. Conquerors don't have teleport spells in their list. That can get you out of some bad situations.
To pull this combo off, I would go eith a varuant human build to get sentinel as a bonus feat, and would probably go to paladin 8 or even 9 before multiclassing. You need 3 levels of fighter to get the echo, and you don't want to delay extra attack that long. And once you have extra attack from paladin, you're only one level away from aura of protection. Then only one level away from aura of conquest, a conqueror's defining feature. Then only one level from a precious asi. Then only one level from 3rd level paladin spells, including Fear.
Which means you won't pick up the echo until level 12, which many campaigns don't even reach. It's still good at that level, but it's pretty late in the game for a core part of a character concept. You can jump out of conqueror earlier, and come back after picking up the echo, but then you're delaying big parts of what makes conquest tick to those later levels. It's a tricky situation.
In short the combination can be effective, but isn't necessarily any stronger than the sum of its parts, and due to conquests long ramp up you won't have both parts fully working at the same time until fairly late.
