Remember you will need at least 13 intelligence to multiclass as a wizard. Depending on exact spells you are looking for, consider Bard or Warlock instead.
Good point. I actually had already planned on taking the Resilient (INT) feat and so put a 13 in Intelligence. One thing I don't like about 5E is how bad the difference can be between having and not having proficiency in a save.
Role playing-wise the Warlock won't be a good fit. Yes, I like planning out effective characters but I still have a character in mind to play. I could do Bard but I like the idea of my character taking up some wizardry in order to gain some understanding of the arcane powers that are boiling within him.
One day I will play a Bard/Sorcerer/Warlock. Got a idea in mind to make it work. A elf noble whose family has strong ties to the Feywild and the Archfey therein. But that is a character for another time.
Out of the 6 stats, Intelligence is the least used save. You sure you want to spend one of your valuable feats on it?
I have to agree with this. In the years I've been playing 5e, I think I've only encountered INT saves twice, once when fighting Mind Flayers and the second when dealing with a homebrew item. Come to think of it, what are your stats like, OP? I personally would max out my CHA before taking Resilient, if at all, and I would definitely take WIS or DEX before INT. If it's coming from a purely mechanical concern (which it seems to be) instead of flavor, Resilient is much better on one of the three big saves.

I'd be happy to go over my ideas for character creation. Since I will be forgoing Spell Sniper I have plenty of wiggle room for choice.
Starting race: Half Elf
Starting stats(point buy): STR (8) 8 DEX (13+1) 14 CON (13+1) 14 INT (13) 13 WIS (13) 13 CHA (14+2) 16
Leveling ASI and Feat selection
4th +2 CHA 8th Elemental Adept-fire 12th +2 CHA 16th Resilient INT 19th Resilient WIS
Final stats as a Sorcerer 19/Wizard 1 STR 8 DEX 14 CON 14 INT 14 WIS 14 CHA 20
Proficient saving throws: CON, INT, WIS, CHA
I suppose the smarter play would be to go Resilient DEX instead of INT. I just like the idea of my character being very mentally strong. And I fear some of the mighter INT saves at higher levels like Feeblemind.
Very wise, a Feeblemind turns you into an utter liability for the foreseeable future with a failed save, and is a giant glaring weakness in many powerful casters who don't rely on Int. I totally understand where you're coming from on that one.
Just a question, does your party have any other casters? If not, personally I'd try to find a way to squeeze in Ritual Caster (Wizard) if you think it at all fits. For a class with a limited spell selection, imagine adding (for free) the following spells to your spells known, castable an unlimited number of times per day, without needing to multiclass at all:
Obviously you don't need more than 1 person with those spells as rituals, so if you already have say a Pact of the Tome Warlock you're good, just felt like someone should point out some of those are really handy :-)
Pretty sure you can only select a feat once unless it says you can (i.e. Elemental Adept), and Resilient doesnt' say you can select it more than once. Just a heads up.

And you are correct. That's a bummer. Well I think of WIS or INT I would go WIS for Resilient. I may take Ritual caster after all. Odd that DNDBeyond let's you take the feat more than once. It's usually pretty good about that sort of thing.

Current composition of the party is Drow EK Fighter 9, Human Lore Bard 9, Halfling Thief Rogue 9, Human Protection Paladin 9 and myself. A decent amount of spell casters but limited healing. Eventhough the lore bard will have access to most of the ritual spells I feel a level of Wizard will still go a long way.
Current Characters I am playing: Dr Konstantin van Wulf | Taegen Willowrun | Mad Magnar
