It's also worth noting that as a Warlock, you're not always (and even rarely, canonically) supposed to be Good-aligned, and it most cases, it's fair to assume that your familiar may not be willing to accept your commands, only complying because the Pact of the Chain binds them into obedience...

It's not even being a stickler. It's not in the rules anywhere.
All that kind of stuff is DM-versus-Player homebrew, created by a DM who wants to nerf a player for one reason or another, justifying it with "that's what your npc character woudl do" nonsense that's just as bad as a player doing something evil and saying "thats what my character would do".
Once per long rest Warlock may make a DC 15 (nature) poison harvesting check (because your familiar is indeed a willing celestial/fey/fiend)
If the check is successful roll 1d4 the result equals the amount of doses milked, these doses can be applied to weapon or ammunition as a bonus action, once applied in this fashion the toxin is expended after 1 minute or after a successful attack with that weapon or piece of ammunition, any remaining unapplied doses milked become inert after 24 hours.

Simple non broken Homebrew to present to your DM
Pact of the chain Warlock only
Familiar toxin milking:
