Most people I imagine skip over conjuration, but i was playing the 5e version and converted over to the 2024 version
The big loss is the minor conjuration, but i mainly used that for flavor so it wasnt that big of an issue
Switch the Benign Transportation to Bonus action is interesting then at 6 getting them back on short rest really makes this character a fun time being able to teleport around
Not to mention Durable summons combined with the new battle familiar.
What are your thoughts on the new Conjuration 2024?
It is a fun character concept overall with some really nice features. The teleportation effects definitely have a high potential for shenanigans. The Splintered Summons is flat amazing, though it comes online a bit late. Durable summons is a nice bonus, but there is a potential trouble with Battle Familiar. If you have a familiar already from the Find Familiar spell, your familiar transforms when you cast the spell instead of summoning a new one, so Durable Summons would not apply in that case. It's a bummer of an interaction, and I would bet that many GM's would let you ignore it, but there it is.
