I'm after some opinions, as I'm currently tossing up too many ideas and questions in my own mind.
So my character is a Minotaur Peace Cleric. Stats are: STR 11, INT 11, DEX 8, WIS 17, CON 15, CHA 13
He basically uses violence as a last resort so I don't carry a weapon on me at all but I carry a shield on me at all times, im the party's healer & buff/debuffer, and I love the utility I have and usually move around the battlefield where needed.
Now, I'm not sure where to go in regards to a feat, ASI or possibly multiclassing with another full caster to gain more utility.
Any opinions or suggestions are welcomed, just to see if I'm missing anything good
I'd go for getting your WIS up to 20 as quickly as possible, to make sure your debuff and control spells stick and continue to stick. If you're interested in out-of-combat utility take the Ritual Caster (Wizard) feat. You could also look at Shield Master for some additional battle field control options, as well as Mobile, War Caster, and Fey Touched or Skill Expert (for the +1 WIS).
I’d go asi. With that 17 wisdom, often I’d look for a half feat the can buff your wisdom, but with all those odd numbers, I’d go +1 to wis and con. wisdom for obvious reasons, con boosts hp and helps with concentration saves.
Second, it appears this character was built for feats with all those odd numbers. You get an upgrade at levels 4, 8, 12, 16, and 19. Assuming no very strange events or amazing ultra rare magic item changes, I look at your wisdom score of 17 and want to figure out the best way to get it to 20. That is probably with a feat at level 4 and then a +2 Wis ASI at level 8. So choose a feat that also boosts wisdom at level 4.
If you have the need to rely heavily on concentration, then picking up Resilient (Con) at level 12 would be a good move.
As a caster class, I always like looking at Ritual Caster so I can unload my spell list of the ritual spells I want to carry and just put them in my book. You could pick up Find Familiar and another ritual spell such as Comprehend Languages when you get this feat. Now you have use a familiar, which is so nice many people call it OP. That really depends on your DM.
I'll have to research the feats further to come up with more advice. I have never selected feats for a cleric before.

Interesting that Xalthu and Musicscout see all your odd scores and think the exact opposite.
From a mechanical / optimized point of view:
If you are not planning on taking Resiliant con the an ASI in Wis and Con is the best option getting a boost to your two most important abilities
However Resiliant Con is a great feat for you to take after you get your wis up as it will help not only in keeping concentration but also other con saves. Warcaster is proably less good for your character as you have a hand free (as you are not holding a weapon) so you don't benefit from the ability to carry out somantic components while carrying a eapon or shield, you will also be limited what spells you can cast with an op attack (and you are likely not to get mant op attacks anyway. Adding a +1 to Wis and Con at level 4 and taking resiliant Con at level 8 or 12 is still an option but it means you then have an odd con again.
If you are the face of the party putting the ASI into Cha could help it fits well with intimidating presence if you are.
You could also go for a feat that also increases Wis by one the two I would consider are Fey Touched and observent. You have a very low AC (even with a shield) due to your negative dex modifier so fey touched allows to get out of the face of a big hitting bad guy without drawing an op attack. Observent depends on how your DM deals with perceptionand investigation, if if you always roll this feat isalmost useless, if you always use passive scores it is really good.
Non mechanical / Optimization
Go with what you will enjoy playing with. Having 8 in dex implies to me you are more into the role play and having a fun character than making it as powerful as possible.
I definitely want it to be optimized, but more for battlefield control, healing/buffs/debuffs ect, while trying not to actually cause any physical harm (which is kinda hard in curse if strahd atm)
I see the value in getting my wis and con to even numbers, as well as, taking a half feat with resilient or fey touched, even observant would be good, but our dm uses both rolls and passive so it's plus and minus against it
I guess multiclassing isn't really a viable option, as I was leaning towards a star druid (for the extra healing) or bard (for the utility), keeping odd ASI's but gaining new spells and/or utility, but again, very unsure
Are you trying to not do Physical damage so magical damage is ok? Like casting Guiding Bolt. Or are you meaning no direct damage, but secondary damage is ok? Such as using Daylight to burn the vampires, etc. Or are you trying to no damage at all but focus completely on healing/buffing your allies and then debuffing your enemies?
For your stats you definitely want to get something worked out. All those odd numbers are tempting to do so much with. But what you need to ask is what does your character need more. Increasing Wisdom is always a good thing for Clerics since it gives so many bonuses to your spellcasting. Having more health is good so increasing your Con would be a wise choice. If you need better Armor so you're not getting hit as much, increasing your strength would be another choice.
You can either use your ASI to increase two stats or if there is a feat out there that you're looking at that can increase one that you want, go for it.

What a bizarre build. How are you staying alive in combat? Your AC can't be higher than 16 (and is likely lower), and your racials won't help - all of your racials are built for murder and you choose not to use them. You should be constantly getting hit and losing concentration.
The good news is you don't desperately need Wisdom. More would be better, but the core of why you're awesome is bond+bless, which doesn't use your wisdom. You need to get less fragile in a big hurry.
Your AC is probably a lost cause, but at level 6 you can begin shuffling party members around like a street hustler with cards, so you getting hit isn't a problem, it's an excuse to teleport. Resilient (Con) seems like the order of the day here - more hit points, and you'll be better at maintaining concentration after getting hit a bunch.
Make sure you invest in more wisdom down the road - it's just not your highest priority right now.
Resilient (CON) and Warcaster are good on any cleric build (or any spellcaster respectively). I generally prefer Resilient (CON), as the boost to Concentration saves isn't that much smaller than advantage. Advantage equals +5, and Proficiency for a 5th-level character is +3. If you CON score is an odd number, the bonus will be +4. As a result, the concentration benefit from Resilient and Warcaster are pretty much the same, and at really high levels it might be even better than Warcaster. The reason why I like Resilient (CON) better is it provides a host of other benefits. CON saves are highly common, arguably the most common saving throw (obviously campaign-dependant). So Resilient (CON) does double duty of not only helping you maintain concentration, but also protecting you from poison, suffocation, or cold. Also, if you CON score is odd, Resilient (CON) will bump up your hit points, which is ALWAYS helpful.
When I play a full spellcaster, I also like taking half-feats that boost a mental ability score. If you are using Standard Array, your Wisdom score will likely be an odd number, so a half-feat will increase your spellcasting modifier by 1 while also providing another minor benefit. Chef is useful for both frontline defenders and backline healers. Clerics are meant to be good at both, so the Chef feat benefits them greatly. As a frontline character, Chef grants you a tiny cushion of hit points to absorb some damage. As a support spellcaster, Chef gives you a small pool of healing that you can use on your allies. If you are going to be taking a lot of hits on the front lines, you will appreciate being able to regain more hit points on a short rest.
