Our DM announced at the start of the campaign that we could not multiclass until after lvl 20. I have a Twilight cleric lvl 20 that has the following stats: ST12, DX18, CN20, IQ14, WS20, CH10. I also have two feats: Tough, Magic Initiate(Wizard). What class should I multiclass into?
Going beyond level 20 via multiclass is entirey homebrew (The DMG has optional rules on epic boons once you get to level 20 but you can not take any more class levels).
One key thing is what happens to your spell slots if you multiclass into another spellcaster, another is how many more levels do you expect to get and do they have to be in the same class?
If you get no extra spell slots I would be tempted to go fighter, at first level you get a fighting style (probably protection for a +1 AC) along with a little healing without using a spell slot which is ok but nothing special but at 2nd level you get action surge for two levelled spells on your turn.
Another option, especially if you get extra spell slots is to increase your spells known by going into another caster. Druid is the obvious one the new spells are not that great (if you were not twilight faerie fire is probably the best option) you probably don't need goodberry anymore, though something like longstrider might get some use. The other thing you can do it prep things like healing word as a druid spell and have all your cleric prepared spells as higher level spells.
The wizard spell list is more versatile, your int isn't great but if you get spells like shield and silvery bards that do not need you intelligence.
But, the game is capped at level 20. How are you multi-classing at this point? The idea is to just get epic boons from here.
But that aside, what do you want to be able to do? With that stat spread, some options (Barbarian, Paladin, Bard, sorceror, warlock) are out.
With that wisdom and dex, Monk could maybe be interesting. You'd be at a 19 AC unarmored, and save DCs against your stunning strikes would be crazy high. A 2-level dip into fighter for action surge is always fun.
